Communion Service will be Thursday, December 31st.
On Sunday, December 27th, between 12 and 1pm, you may go to the church (University Heights, 37 Matilda Avenue) to pick up your pre-packaged bread and wine. If you can't get to the church, you may call an elder or deacon and make arrangements to get it to you. If that doesn't work for you, you can purchase your own unleavened bread and pure (unfermented) grape wine from your local grocery store, in the kosher section.
